Om rollen som Digital Workplace Specialist

I rollen som Digital Workplace Specialist arbetar du inom Advanias managerade tjänsteleverans gentemot både befintliga och nya kunder. Du ingår i ett team med fokus på drift, design och utveckling av den digitala arbetsplatsen. Hos oss har du möjlighet att arbeta och utvecklas såväl brett som djupt.

Din roll innefattar bland annat att:

  • 2nd och 3rd line support för ärenden inom Digital Workplace.
  • Bidra med din kompetens och även stötta med operativt arbete gentemot kund.
  • Agera teknisk rådgivare och föreslå tekniska lösningar utifrån kundernas behov och utmaningar.
  • Ständigt arbeta proaktivt med att utveckla och förbättra våra leveranser.
  • Samarbeta med kollegor i våra övriga team, till exempel Server, Network, Applications, Cloud och Security.
  • Delta i transitions- och transformationsprojekt.

Vi söker dig med placering i Stockholm, Karlstad eller Göteborg.

Krav och önskemål

Vi söker dig som har 3-5 års erfarenhet inom IT med fokus på digital arbetsplats/modern workplace, gärna som konsult med erfarenhet av större eller mer komplexa IT-miljöer. Det är meriterande om du även har relevant utbildning och/eller certifiering. Du har god förmåga att kommunicera och behärskar svenska och engelska väl, i både tal och skrift.

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet och god kompetens inom några eller flera av nedanstående områden:

  • Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Configuration Manager, Intune/Autopilot)
  • AD, AAD
  • Endpoint security (Defender for Endpoint)
  • iOS/Android
  • PowerShell

Det är meriterande med erfarenhet inom något av nedan områden:

  • Mac, iPad, Jamf
  • Citrix/Horizon/AVD
  • Google, Chrome OS
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Microsoft 365
