Digital Workplace Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Workplace Support professional to join our team at Qbtech. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and equipment, enabling our employees to work efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-line support to employees, resolving technical issues and improving overall IT experience.
- Manage software installations, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems.
- Handle user accounts, onboarding, and offboarding, ensuring seamless access control.
- Procure and set up hardware and software, maintaining inventory and conducting audits.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues, utilizing strong analytical skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in a DWP Support role, with a strong background in IT infrastructure.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10-11/MacOS Support, with experience using Linux and scripting.
- Security mindset, with a focus on educating users on phishing and other security threats.
- Familiarity with Microsoft services, including Azure, Entra ID, Exchange, and directory services.
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, and ticket management.
- English is our primary business language, with a basic understanding of Swedish.
