Job Description
We are seeking an Operational Risk Specialist fluent in Swedish to support our teams in assessing and auditing client sites, as well as delivering coaching and training to embed cultural and behavioral change in the approach to process and workplace safety.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering, HSE, or Business
- At least 10 years of experience in Operational Risk Management and Workplace Safety Training
- Expertise in operational risk management, operations excellence, or sustainability within the Chemical, Oil & Gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or Utilities sectors
- Experience in managing change and embedding a safety culture
- Fluency in Swedish
- Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work on a freelance basis, with short and long-term projects
