As part of this initiative, we are transforming our operations. The HR aspect of this transformation is known as People Operations Transformation (POT).

The POT initiative is designed to implement a new HR operational framework to ensure we deliver exceptional co-worker experiences and services.

To achieve this, we need to enhance our Digital People Domain, and we are seeking a senior product owner to join and lead the HR Core product team.

We are in the early stages of this journey, providing you with the opportunity to influence the design and execution of the digital solutions in this domain.

In the coming years, we will modernize our operational methodologies and digital landscape, utilizing SAP SuccessFactors as a key component.

To succeed, we believe you possess extensive experience in similar roles (including the implementation of SuccessFactors/Workday), where you have developed skills in digital product development.

In addition to experience in Agile or DevOps environments, strong analytical skills and the ability to comprehend complex scenarios with the capability to realize the product vision are essential.

We value strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to partner with both business and technical stakeholders.

Furthermore, a solid understanding of business and technology is crucial.

Other qualifications we are looking for:
Extensive experience in implementing HCM solutions (SuccessFactors/Workday)

Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of Digital Products against business objectives and KPIs

Assist the product owner in tactical decision-making through analysis results and insights

Develop a comprehensive understanding of stakeholder needs and communicate that knowledge with the product team, providing context as necessary to ensure alignment with expectations

You are self-driven with a strong focus on delivering user value, fostering a collaborative mindset where team success is paramount

Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, preferably familiar with the OKR framework (Objectives & Key Results)

Willingness to travel as conditions permit, with excellent communication skills in English

What you'll be doing day to day

You will play a pivotal role in implementing innovative digital products that contribute to our business objectives alongside dedicated colleagues.

Key activities will include staying attuned to market trends to understand and capture needs.

You will collaborate closely within our digital product teams, with other Product Specialists, the technology team, and global and local business stakeholders.
