About the Role

HelloFresh seeks a Head of Production Systems to coordinate and manage our warehouse technology infrastructure in the Nordics. Based in our Swedish Warehouse in Bjuv, you will visit the warehouse in Moss, Norway monthly.

You will lead a team responsible for ensuring all warehouse systems meet warehouse standards. You will also define strategic programs with Global counterparts for Warehouse Continuous Improvements and Innovation management.

• Act as Product Manager for Warehouse systems and applications critical to our Operations and upcoming Strategic Fulfillment Projects.
• Design, implement, and lead warehouse solutions for Operational and Business requirements.
• Lead System Implementation projects where automation and robustness are key focuses.
• Be a key stakeholder in cross-functional projects supporting Top Line and Bottom Line business roadmaps.
• Conduct effective Root Causing and Analysis for Warehouse systems issues and drive actionable solutions.
• Lead, develop, and grow your own team of Production Systems Analysts supporting 2 DCs.
