Project Manager Catalyst Solutions

Catator is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our catalyst solutions projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the technical project management of customer projects from order to customer delivery and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and control in-house and outsourced production to ensure delivery on scope, time, cost, and quality.
- In close collaboration with the Development Design team, ensure the design is translated into detailed design and production drawings.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and production partners to further improve cost, quality, and delivery accuracy.
- Participate operationally in the projects within areas of expertise.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
- Master's degree in chemical, mechanical engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering or project management.
- Project management experience, planning, monitoring, reviewing, and controlling projects.
- Strong communication skills, conveying ideas clearly and persuasively to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Curiosity and innovation. Being able to understand technical concepts and improve cost and quality by suggesting design changes and implementing new production technology and methods.
- Leadership. Being able to motivate and encourage others, make sound decisions, achieve goals, and think toward the future.
- Persistence and determination. Overcoming challenges and pursuing objectives until completion.

Catator delivers cutting-edge catalyst solutions to the hydrogen industry. The world is rapidly transitioning to renewable energy sources like wind and solar. However, to store energy when the sun is not shining or the wind is not blowing, large amounts of hydrogen are needed: according to the International Energy Agency about 650 megatons of hydrogen per year by 2050. That's a lot of hydrogen.
To accelerate this green transition, Catator offers its patented and world-leading catalyst solutions to the hydrogen industry. Catator's solutions are used by manufacturers of fuel cell systems and hydrogen producers. We work exclusively with OEM customers, several of which are leading multinational companies.
Catator was founded in 1990 by a group of researchers at Lund University. Over the years we have developed deep IP and know-how in catalysis and catalytic process design. Our headquarters are located in Lund. Our premises are well adapted to our business and include in-house production of catalysts and advanced research and test facilities.
