EIFFAGE Infra-Nordic AB (E-IN) is a dynamic company with its headquarters in Helsingborg, Sweden. The organization specializes in infrastructure and track construction services.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Health, Safety, Environment- and Quality (HSEQ) professional to join our team in Helsingborg. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work closely with the HSEQ Manager to implement and develop health, safety, environment, and quality initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of group and organizational management systems within the company.
  • Collect and coordinate data for EIFFAGE Infra-Nordic projects.
  • Work on Chemicals Management according to REACH regulations.
  • Manage materials and ensure effective inventory control.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to creating a safe, healthy, and environmentally friendly work environment from a physical, organizational, and social perspective.
  • Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits.
  • Create and revise health and safety plans for EIFFAGE Infra-Nordic projects as needed.
  • Develop and update environmental and quality plans.
  • Produce necessary documentation for projects, including checklists and control programs.
  • Ensure compliance with customer and stakeholder requirements.
  • Foster an environment that encourages employees to work safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Completed studies in civil engineering, social sciences, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HSEQ roles within infrastructure and rail industries.
  • Experience working operationally in the construction industry is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary estimated at approximately SEK 550,000 - 650,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • Pension plan and insurance package according to union agreement.
