At TN Sweden, we are looking for an ambitious Sales Leader to spearhead our Microbiology division's sales efforts in Northern Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and achieving profitable revenue through strong collaboration and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual sales strategies per country to achieve set short- and long-term results.
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend national or channel-specific distributors in the region.
  • Mentor and develop the sales team's commercial competence through regular field visits.

As a seasoned sales professional with extensive life science experience (ideally 7+ years) and proven sales leadership experience (ideally minimum 2 years), you will possess a deep understanding of the food industry and its requirements. Your fluency in English is essential for effective communication with our international team and customers.
