Business Development Manager

The Account Manager AWM, Community is a key member of our team, responsible for driving sales growth and expanding customer relationships across Stockholm and central Sweden.
We're seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong clinical background to develop and build meaningful relationships with wound care customers, primarily district nurses, doctors, and wound care nurses. As an Account Manager, you'll be required to offer expertise across our portfolio of products, provide guidance, and deliver first-class wound education programs.
Success in this role will be measured by revenue growth, improved service provision, and enhanced business interactions with customers. You'll lead clinical meetings/training sessions and product demonstrations to ensure the safe and effective use of our products.
A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of wound care in a hospital, private clinic, or home care setting, as well as experience delivering training and guidance to customers and healthcare professionals. They'll also possess a high level of written and spoken English and be happy to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
