This direct recruitment service offers an opportunity to step into a leadership role within the automation field while contributing to a global logistics leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the daily functionality of automated systems, such as Vanderlande Pocket Sorter, Returns Conveyors, and Vanriet Parcel Sorter.
  • Collaborate closely with the Automation Manager and suppliers to plan, implement, and follow up on maintenance schedules.
  • Track and report key performance indicators related to system availability and efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Automation, Facilities, and IT Support during day shifts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Higher education in automation or technology, or equivalent experience.

Experience: Minimum 1-year work experience in automation within warehousing, e-commerce production, retail, or a similar field. At least 3 years' experience in automation as a service technician or similar role. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., Ultimo).

Personal Characteristics: Positive mindset, process-oriented approach, flexible attitude, and strong communication skills.
