Sales Engineer for Sweden

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our global commercial team in Sweden. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales, building long-term client relationships, and delivering customized solutions to meet the needs of the aerospace and precision mechanics industries.
In this role, you will:
- Sales Strategy: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage the entire sales process from quotation preparation to negotiation, and work closely with internal departments to secure successful bids.
- Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth.
- Industry Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of the aerospace industry, including heat treatment processes and aeronautical requirements.
You will also represent our company at key industry events and exhibitions, enhancing our presence and expanding our network.
We are looking for a motivated individual with proven sales experience or a strong interest in technical sales. You must have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential for this role.
