Key Tasks

  • Serve as secondary support for partners, addressing any issues or concerns
  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of customer-focused strategies and processes
  • Manage your workload efficiently and collaborate in enhancing our operational procedures
  • Guide customers in maximizing Mynt's potential through expert advice and training

Requirements

  • Significant experience in sales or technical customer support within the SaaS industry
  • Previous experience in the fintech or banking sector
  • Fluency in both Norwegian and English languages
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
