About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Brightvision AB. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of outbound leads through various means of communication and developing deep product knowledge to convert these leads into qualified opportunities for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Manage a high volume of outbound leads through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other communication channels
  • Develop deep product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
Requirements
  • Previous experience in B2B telemarketing/Inside Sales with a track record of success
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
