About the Role

Cyber Instincts AB is a dynamic and innovative technology consulting firm seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our network.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outreach, networking, and research, focusing on high-profile clients, managers, and industry partners.
  2. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and educational institutions to expand our network and business reach.
  3. Event Planning: Assist in planning, organizing, and attending PR events, social gatherings, and industry conferences to promote our services and products.
  4. Sales Support: Help position our IT consultants in roles with client companies by building connections and finding leads.
  5. Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities for our cybersecurity software and tech courses, targeting new and existing clients.
  6. Client Acquisition: Support efforts to attract new clients for our IT consulting services, software solutions, and tech training programs.
  7. Localization and Translations: Support the localization and translation of internal and external ads, documents, and website content from English to Swedish, ensuring accuracy and maintaining the company's tone of voice.
Requirements
  1. Aspiring Sales Professional: You have a strong interest in sales and are eager to develop your skills in a junior role with room to grow.
  2. People-Oriented: You enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and are comfortable engaging with high-profile clients and industry professionals.
  3. Event Enthusiast: You have a passion for PR, social events, and networking, and can assist in organizing events that promote our brand.
  4. Proactive and Motivated: You take initiative, are eager to learn, and can manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  5. Good Communicator: Fluent in Swedish with good English skills. You are confident in communicating with clients and partners, both in writing and in person.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package in line with market rates and the stipulated Union requirements.
