Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional individual with a strong background in oncology sales and account management. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the performance of our oncology portfolio in Sweden by unlocking product access and increasing adoption through effective account management.

About the Role:

  • Unlock Product Access: Unlock product access and increase adoption through effective account management.
  • Foster Long-Term Relationships: Foster long-term professional relationships with customers to support the achievement of business results.
  • Develop and Implement Annual Account Plans: Develop and implement annual account plans with clear objectives, strategies, and measurable results.
  • Map the Oncology Landscape: Map the oncology landscape and understand patient journeys to inform account management strategies.
  • Navigate Local Access Pathways: Navigate local access pathways and collaborate with market access managers to overcome barriers.
  • Uphold Professional Image: Uphold the professional image of Meet a Group in all dealings with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Drive Growth: Drive growth by leveraging internal resources and engaging stakeholders with impactful presentations and clinical insights.

Your Profile:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional with the following qualifications:

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Oncology Sales Experience: Proven experience in oncology sales, with a strong network among key opinion leaders (KOLs) in melanoma or lung cancer.
  • Account Management Expertise: Expertise in account management, including stakeholder mapping, business planning, and performance tracking.
  • Oncology Access Pathways: Strong understanding of oncology access pathways and the ability to unlock local access.
  • Independent Approach: Self-driven and independent approach, with the ability to take initiative and work autonomously.
  • Minimum 4 Years of Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in a specialized hospital setting.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and at least two Nordic languages.
