About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team at Volue ASA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through account planning, prospect research, and field-based sales activities. Your primary objective will be to oversee all relationships within the account, develop strategic account plans, and close new clients by managing the entire sales process from lead to signed deal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce new business sales revenues through account planning, prospect research, and field-based sales activities
  • Oversee all relationships within the account and develop strategic account plans
  • Manage the sales cycle, from lead generation to expectation management and deal closure
  • Negotiate and close agreements within given proxies and in compliance with our sales process

Requirements

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the energy markets/power grid markets
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably selling SaaS (Software as a Service)
  • Experience in selling complex software solutions and services is mandatory
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
