We are seeking a highly skilled Media Mix Modeling Program Lead to join our Customer Activation unit in H&M Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive Media Mix Modeling (MMM) program across 8 regions, providing actionable insights to inform strategic marketing decisions and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the MMM program, setting requirements for the external vendor and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including media operations, strategy and planning, controlling, and technical product teams, to deliver insights that enhance media performance across our media channels.
  • Project lead and educate regional teams on actionable insights and media optimization, ensuring effective implementation of MMM strategies.
  • Utilize expertise in statistical modeling and analysis to assess the impact of media channels on business outcomes and identify media mix opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving media landscape and measurement techniques, continuously learning and adapting modeling methodologies to enhance accuracy and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing budgeting, or related area, with experience in Media Mix Modeling a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to align measurement activities with broader business goals.
