The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive who is passionate about leading customers through change and excelling in the sales arena. This critical role focuses on recruiting new customers and revenue, significantly impacting our growth trajectory by leveraging your sales expertise and understanding of restaurant operations and sales methodology like Challenger sales.

You will represent our comprehensive ecosystem of revolutionary restaurant solutions:

  • Karma POS: Our intuitive point-of-sale system
  • Karma Order & Pay: Our seamless digital ordering solution
  • Karma Marketing & Loyalty: Our customer retention and engagement platform

These solutions create a whole new level of infrastructure that delivers exceptional value—generating revenue approximately 3x their cost for restaurants.

Your Role Will Include:
  • Mastering sales dynamics: Your drive for sales is unmatched. You're a go-getter, ready to exceed sales targets and passionate about pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Navigating C-level discussions: With your exceptional communication skills, you're at ease in high-stakes C-level meetings, capable of both sharing compelling visions and inspiring decisions.
  • Being a challenger: You're not just a participant in the industry; you're a challenger who questions the norms, leading customers to innovative solutions that drive success for our clients and us.
  • Understanding the field: Your insights into restaurant operations are deep, allowing you to tailor solutions that are not just effective but transformative.

You Have/Meet the Following:
  • Experience selling to the hospitality (mainly restaurants) industry is highly valued.
  • Experience conducting meetings with C-level prospects.
  • A minimum of 5 years in enterprise sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • A 'the sky is the limit' attitude with a will to develop and grow.
  • The drive to really win and do what it takes to get there.
  • Fluent in Swedish with good English skills.
