About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Execution Lead to join our team at Vml Map. As a key member of our Marketing Coordinator Program, you will play a critical role in coordinating complex marketing campaigns across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing demand generation plans, ensuring alignment with global and local governance requirements.
  • Act as the single point of contact for Microsoft marketing projects execution and operational activities, providing exceptional stakeholder management and communication.
  • Advise stakeholders on Marketing Coordination Program processes, tools, and services, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Create marketing projects and service requests using Microsoft intake tools, ensuring timely and accurate project setup.
  • Develop project plans, coordinate execution, and deploy tracking tools to monitor progress, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Ensure measurement plans reflect reporting requirements and provide standard marketing measurement plans, driving data-driven decision making.
  • Upload business leads to Marketo and review performance dashboards for campaign insights, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Identify patterns, best practices, and efficiencies across marketing activities, incorporating past learnings into future planning, driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience executing marketing-related B2B events, with a strong background in marketing execution.
  • Strong experience in a client-facing project and/or account management role, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of compliance with company rules and processes, including personal data protection and brand guidelines.
  • Proven project management skills and experience, with a strong track record of meeting critical deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Solid skills in Microsoft tools and software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, with a willingness to learn new project management and workflow tools.
  • Ability to communicate complex information in a structured way, with a high level of comfort in dealing with senior clients and third-party stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple events and activities, prioritizing urgent and important tasks, and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English and Swedish language skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
