Job Description:Lead Test Strategy and Verification Plan

As a Test and Verification Project Manager, you will lead, develop, and drive the test strategy and verification plan for projects and product changes, from early phase testing to user acceptance testing. You will secure test equipment in the form of rigs and vehicles, as well as resources, and plan and follow-up in close collaboration with the verification and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage teams effectively
  • Develop and drive test strategy and verification plan
  • Secure test equipment and resources
  • Collaborate with verification and development teams
  • Present status and risks to PM board
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in development projects
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams effectively
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Structured and organized approach to work
  • Ability to gather input from multiple areas and make sense of large amounts of information
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Leadership skills to motivate, guide, and drive a team towards successful outcomes
