We are seeking a highly skilled Verification and Validation Leader to join our Nordics Regional Onboard Organization in Stockholm, Sweden.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive verification and validation strategy to ensure the safe integration of ETCS onboard systems in our customers' vehicles.
- Lead and organize verification and validation activities, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of a validated solution that meets customer and design requirements.
- Manage work packages and tasks, as well as the Verification and Validation Team, to ensure timely and effective delivery of results.
- Define and implement test benches and analysis tools to support verification and validation activities.
- Provide stakeholder management, including communicating test strategy, progress, issues, risks, and opportunities to customers, partners, and auditors.
- University degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Good analytical skills and previous experience in test and integration.
- Desirable experience with systems/sub-systems integration, embedded equipment, electrotechnical product development in a highly complex and normative environment.
- Proven record of relevant experience or cross-functional knowledge required in a similar role.
- English mandatory and Swedish business fluent is highly valued for this role.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% per year.
