We are seeking a highly skilled Verification and Validation Leader to join our Nordics Regional Onboard Organization in Stockholm. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading and securing the safe integration of ETCS onboard systems in our customers' vehicles.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the Project Verification and Validation strategy to ensure proper coverage and demonstration of customer and design requirements.
- Define and agree V&V activity schedules with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Project Engineering Manager and Project Safety Assurance Manager to deliver a validated solution.
- Manage work packages, tasks, and the Project Verification & Validation Team to ensure timely delivery of results.
- Define needs, architecture, and implement testbenches and analysis tools.
- Provide stakeholder management, including overview of Test strategy, progress, issues, risks, and opportunities to customers, partners, and auditors.
- University degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Good analytical skills and previous experience in test & integration required.
- Desirable experience with systems/sub-systems integration, embedded equipment, electrotechnical product development in a highly complex and normative environment.
- Proven record of relevant experience or cross-functional knowledge required in a similar role.
- English mandatory and Swedish business fluent highly valued for this role.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% per year.
