Our team operates in an Agile, SAFe development environment, comprising developers, testers, and a shared services team. As an Insurance Domain Expert, you will work closely with customer SMEs and end users to understand the business AS-IS process, concerns, and gaps. You will develop solutions and propose TO-BE processes to enhance the overall experience. Your responsibilities will include creating requirement artifacts, clarifying requirements with developers and testers, reviewing test scenarios, and validating them during UAT.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Business Acumen and Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience in the Insurance Domain, specifically Commercial Lines and Personal Lines, with a good understanding of Insurance concepts and work streams – Billing, Claims, Policy.
  • Experience with the Swedish Insurance market is preferred.
  • Requirement Elicitation: Mastering various techniques to uncover the unsaid needs of our insurance clients.
  • Agile Methodologies: Thriving in fast-paced environments and embracing Agile to deliver solutions efficiently and iteratively.
  • Tooling: Comfortable using industry-standard tools like Jira, MS ADO to document requirements, manage projects, and collaborate with the team.
  • Swedish Language: Full Professional Proficiency.
  • Quick Learning and Adaptability: A bonus for experience on insurance COTS platforms, with the ability to learn on the job.
