We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Therapy Sales Specialist, focusing on Spinal Cord Stimulation and Interventional Pain Management in Southern Sweden and the Copenhagen region.
Key Responsibilities- Sell and support our SCS and TDD product range to neurosurgeons, anaesthesiologists, and neuromodulation nurse practitioners in private and public clinics and hospitals.
- Develop and implement business strategies in Southern Sweden, meeting or exceeding financial and non-financial targets while enhancing Medtronic's reputation in the market.
- Plan and attend customer meetings, organize product trials and demonstrations, and present our company's products at conventions, forums, and meetings.
- Work in an international environment with a leading medical devices company, collaborating with a dedicated team in the Swedish and Nordic region.
- Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in an operating room environment.
- A sales-driven individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record in growing a business within the medical industry.
- Strong relationships and stakeholder management skills, with advanced presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with high time management skills and fluency in Swedish and English.
- Full, clean driver's license.
- Ability to listen to colleagues and execute plans effectively.
- Service-oriented team player with a mindset focused on helping people, both internally and externally.
- Fluency in Danish.
