About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our sales team in Sweden. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing sales strategies, and managing sales teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive business growth through effective sales strategies.
  2. Develop and implement sales plans to meet business objectives.
  3. Manage sales teams and provide coaching and guidance as needed.
  4. Re-brand the company and maintain market share and leadership position in the market.
  5. Take full accountability for all sales KPIs for Sweden.

Requirements:

  1. Strong background in sales and marketing.
  2. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Experience in electronic components distribution or the wider electronics market preferred.
