Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 4–5 Account Executives, focusing on growth, development, and exceptional performance.
- Create customized coaching plans that help AEs reach their full potential, driving individual and team success.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and collaboration among team members.
- Select and retain top talent, building a diverse and high-impact team that embodies our company values.
- Prioritize inclusion, recognizing that diverse perspectives and experiences drive creativity and excellence.
- Establish and enforce high standards for outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and deal execution.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to AEs in navigating complex deals, ensuring successful closure.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and predictable outcomes, empowering AEs to meet their quota with confidence.
- Balance strategy with execution, helping the team focus on key initiatives that drive business impact.
- Join customer meetings, offer hands-on coaching, and provide support in real-time, demonstrating our commitment to customer satisfaction.
