The role of Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Oracle NetSuite presents a unique opportunity to cultivate your sales skills while leveraging the power of our innovative suite of cloud-based business management software. As an SDR, you will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying leads, developing a deep understanding of our solutions, and effectively communicating their value to potential customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Analyze and comprehend the needs and requirements of prospective customers to determine the potential for our solutions.
  2. Engage in outbound prospecting via cold-calling, emails, and social media to generate high-quality leads that meet our BANT qualification criteria.
  3. Develop a thorough understanding of Oracle NetSuite's solutions and value proposition to articulate the return on investment and technical functionalities to potential customers.
  4. Maintain a high volume of tailored, strategic, and multi-channel outreach efforts for targeted accounts.
  5. Effectively interact with and influence key personnel, including executives, at the highest levels of an organization.
  6. Build and maintain positive relationships with the Account Executives you support.
  7. Prioritize your time and accounts effectively to ensure success.

Requirements

  • Native proficiency in Swedish and English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or Economics.
  • Minimum 12 months of professional sales experience involving research, prospecting, cold-calling, and consistent achievement of quota attainment.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and a self-motivated approach to work in a fast-paced environment with a desire to succeed.
  • Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills.
