Job Overview

We are seeking a Finnish speaking Sales Development Representative to join our team in Solna. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in Finnish and English. You will also have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additionally, you should be highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand prospective customer needs, personas, processes, projects, and requirements to identify potential solutions.
  • Perform outbound prospecting through cold-calling, emails, and social media to generate high-quality, BANT qualified leads that can be promoted to sales.
  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite solutions and our value proposition to speak confidently about value and return on investment versus technical functionalities.
  • Maintain a high volume of tailored, strategic, multi-channel outreach for target accounts.
  • Confidently interact with and influence key personnel up to and including executives at the highest levels of an organization.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with account executives that you support.
  • Prioritize your time and accounts effectively to ensure success.
