Client Advocacy Lead

You will be responsible for designing and building an engaging community for our audience, experimenting with engagement strategies, including events, webinars, workshops, CABs, and awards programs.
You will also create, manage, and maintain our customer advocacy program, develop a customer referral program to support sales and marketing, and run our annual global in-person and digital conference.
Additionally, you will identify key advocates to create case studies, manage customer success stories, and enable speaking opportunities to support our business objectives, and streamline and manage customer communications.
