As a Medical Affairs Lead at CSL Vifor, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative team dedicated to developing and delivering high-quality products and services that meet the needs of our customers and patients. Our mission is to become the global leader in iron deficiency and nephrology disorders, and we are committed to driving business growth and improving public health outcomes through the development and execution of expansion market medical plans.

Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with countries and regional colleagues to develop and execute expansion market medical plans, engaging with key opinion leaders and NITAGs, generating evidence to support product launches, and leading regional medical activities. You will also be responsible for establishing relationships with external experts, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate complex environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will be expected to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including research and development, commercial, regulatory, and manufacturing teams, as well as external partners and key opinion leaders.
