- Design and Implement Comprehensive Security Strategies: Develop and implement robust security frameworks that address the full spectrum of Klarna's risk landscape, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards.
- Oversee Security Risk Assessments and Compliance Audits: Lead comprehensive audits, including SOX, ISAE (SOC2), PCAOB, SWIFT, PCI-DSS, and others, to ensure Klarna's compliance with all relevant financial and security regulations.
- Strategically Guide the Audit Process: Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure thorough coverage and adherence to all regulatory requirements.
- Foster Strong Relationships with Regulatory Bodies: Stay ahead of changes in compliance laws and standards to dynamically adapt Klarna's policies and procedures.
- Drive Security and Compliance Awareness: Develop and implement training programs to raise security and compliance awareness across all departments.
- Regularly Report to Senior Management: Provide strategic insights and recommendations for enhancements to Klarna's security and compliance efforts.
- Proficiency in English: Comprehend regulatory requirements and contracts effortlessly and lead meetings efficiently.
- Minimum 7 Years of Experience: As an Information Security Professional with a technical background, as well as experience in managing an ISMS or its components.
- Proven Leadership Skills: Manage and inspire a team of security and compliance professionals.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Basic Python and Prompt Engineering Experience: Desired.
- Strong Knowledge of Global Financial Regulations: Cybersecurity frameworks and best practices (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS, ISO/IEC).
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Engage effectively with both technical teams and executive management.
