Siemens Digital Industries Software is looking for a skilled Technical Business Partner to join our dynamic Nordic team. As a key player in driving customer success, you will leverage the capabilities of Polarion X to empower customers to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of customers' business needs and requirements across various industries.
- Solution Delivery: Deliver tailored solutions to meet customers' needs, showcasing the value proposition of Polarion X.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to customers, leveraging your expertise in ALM tools and PLM solutions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and presentations that address customer challenges and objectives.
- Feedback Loop: Establish a feedback loop with customers to gather insights on their experiences and preferences.
Qualifications:
- Background: Bachelor or Master degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience in technical sales, technical consulting, or a related field, with a focus on application lifecycle management (ALM) in software development.
- Skills: Proficiency in ALM tools, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Language: Highly proficient in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
