The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful contribution to the company's growth and success. As a Sales Efficiency Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving sales efficiency and innovation across multiple verticals.

Key responsibilities include ensuring that sales initiatives are value-driven and strategically prioritized, particularly in the Mobility vertical. You will also act as the connector between the Data-Driven Sales team, CRM team, and BI team with the main sales stakeholders of the Mobility vertical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure sales initiatives are value-driven and strategically prioritized.
  • Act as the connector between the Data-Driven Sales team, CRM team, and BI team.
  • Make strategic decisions on which initiatives to pursue.
Requirements
  • Experience working with change and change management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL and/or Tableau) and interpretation.
  • Familiarity with gathering and defining business requirements for experiments and projects.
  • Understanding of data- and technology solutions and their applications.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
