Job Overview

Merkle, a leading data-driven customer experience transformation agency, is seeking a skilled Senior Digital Account Manager to drive growth and sustainable development in Sweden.

The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to establish new relationships, contribute to marketing efforts, and proactively seek new services clients through their network and outreach.

This role is ideal for a driven professional with a background in digital/CX agency, CRM, and/or commerce technology space, who can develop accurate, high-quality leads into Merkle's pre-sales team aligned to the company's sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive net new logo lead generation through alliance partner sourcing, personal network, and supporting Merkle-related marketing/BDR efforts.
  • Meet annual individual sales quota within a specified territory.
  • Develop and manage the sales pipeline and forecasting accuracy for assigned vertical/territory.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of business development/consultative sales experience in digital/CX agency, CRM, and/or commerce technology space.
  • Background in marketing technology, professional services, or digital agency (Experience with Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, CRM, commerce, marketing automation, CDPs, or CX desirable).
  • Knowledge of software alliance partnerships and end-to-end sales lead qualification – MQL to SQL, Inbound/Outbound, marketing campaigns & Events.
