Job Description:

  1. Identify and pursue high-value sales opportunities
  2. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer satisfaction
  4. Participate in sales enablement training and leadership development programs

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of field experience in quota-carrying sales
  • Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, with the right to work in Sweden
