The Sales Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for:
- Engaging with customers visiting the store or events to identify potential leads and create a pipeline of prospects.
- Providing exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, answering their questions and objections, and selling potential leads on the test drive experience.
- Executing successful lead capture strategies during events to ensure maximum engagement and conversion opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate and complete lead data in CRM systems and updating customer profiles with relevant information obtained during interactions.
- Buidling value for customers by understanding their requirements, presenting our vehicles, and effectively communicating the value proposition to drive conversion.
- Collaborating with sales teams and other relevant departments to align strategies, share insights, and contribute to the overall improvement of the lead capture, sales processes, and product proposition.
