We are looking for a seasoned professional with an engineering degree and a proven track record in sales of machine tools. Your excellent business skills and technical expertise will enable you to grow the business in the local market, develop and maintain customer relationships, and lead the small team in Gleason's Swedish sales office.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Drive business growth in the local market through effective customer relationships and strategic sales efforts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Lead the small team in Gleason's Swedish sales office, currently located in Västerås
  • An engineering degree or a strong technical background in manufacturing
  • Proven experience (at least 5 years) in sales of machine tools
  • Experience in international business communication
  • Ability to explain technical products
  • Strong drive to grow the business in the local market
  • Long term oriented
  • Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivated
  • Excellent English skills in speaking and writing
  • Available to travel domestically and, on occasion internationally
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
