About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our North Europe Commercial Team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in Sweden and Denmark.

Your primary focus will be on customer interactions and activities within your area of responsibility, including business development, tendering coordination, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the North Europe Sales Leader to achieve quarterly and yearly targets while adhering to GE Vernova Values.

  • Define the sales strategy for Grid Automation products and solutions in your area of responsibility.
  • Manage key accounts for Grid Automation Business across Swedish and Danish markets, including major DNOs, TSOs, and industrial customers.
  • Promote the full Grid Automation portfolio to customers, presenting it effectively and leading technical and commercial discussions with key stakeholders.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university or college.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales and/or tendering, business development in the Grid Automation portfolio, with protection and control knowledge being essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer focus and ability to cooperate with different departments.
