Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities and upsell or expand existing partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Own and grow a portfolio of international footwear retailers and distributors across Southeast Asia, ensuring they maximize the value of Volumental's solutions.
  • Lead customer onboarding and training, ensuring smooth rollouts and high product adoption.
  • Monitor customer performance at organizational and store levels, providing actionable insights to optimize product usage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Product and Customer Experience, to ensure successful implementation and long-term customer success.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success, ideally in SaaS, retail tech, or footwear. They will be a strong communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels, from store staff to C-suite.
