Sales Excellence with ROYC
We are seeking an experienced Sales professional to lead our efforts in the Nordic markets. As a Senior Business Development Manager - Private Equity, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving revenue targets in Banks, Private Banks, Wealth Managers, Multi-Family Offices, and private equity firms.
Our innovative private markets investment platform empowers Private Wealth Management advisors, wealth managers, and Private Equity General Partners with cutting-edge solutions that unlock new opportunities for growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior leadership and other stakeholders to drive sales efforts in the Nordic markets.
- Construct and execute a detailed Go-to-Market plan for Sweden, Finland, Baltics, and Eastern Europe.
- Manage existing client portfolios, identify new sales opportunities, and expand our market presence.
- Drive the entire sales cycle, including pre-sales, discovery, solution sales, and account management.
About You
- A deep understanding of private markets and private equity is a must.
- Experience working with tech-centric solutions, including demoing platforms, discovering leads, qualifying prospects, and managing funnels.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot) and business development tools.
- Able to thrive in a hardworking and performance-oriented environment.
