About the Job
This role is ideal for a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager looking to make a significant impact in the Swedish retail market. You will be part of a high-performing team, working closely with peers who are always striving to reach new heights and reporting directly to the Head of Retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive accelerated growth.
- Managing the P&L for some of the largest Swedish accounts (ICA and Coop).
- Preparing and driving the annual negotiations and operating plan for these accounts, negotiating and implementing promo plans.
- Optimizing assortment, distribution, and rotation, including securing listings of new products to achieve growth ambitions.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to achieve high-reaching goals.
