">Key Responsibilities:

- Consistently meet or exceed your monthly sales targets.">
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.">
- Source and qualify leads through cold calling, social networks like LinkedIn, and other means to identify potential clients.">
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, or Customer Success.">
- Growth mindset: Continuously learning and understanding of our product, internal processes, and industry.">
- Team player: Provide ideas, feedback, and support to your direct peers.">
Requirements:

- Proven experience in outbound sales.">
- 1-3 years of experience.">
- Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting.">
- Experience in B2B sales (with SaaS platforms highly desirable).">
- Passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities.">
- The ability to generate their own leads from the ground up.">
- Great communication and negotiation skills.">
- Self-motivation and a clear sense of urgency. Delivers results in a timely manner.">
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.">
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.">
- Fluency in German and English.">
