We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Leader to join our team at Alstom in Stockholm, SE.

Your Future Role:

As a Customer Service Leader, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, influencing business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer service strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Manage customer portfolio, ensuring profitability and adherence to governance cycles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Resolve customer concerns, provide quotations, and ensure timely delivery of equipment and spare parts.
  • Participate in customer meetings, sales discussions, and process improvement initiatives.
