This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Wrknest but work on behalf of the client. The start date is negotiable, and the assignment will last for 6 months with excellent opportunities for extension.
Your Future Responsibilities- Coach and develop personnel within one of the company's two support teams.
- Work to continuously improve customer experience through proactive support and guidance.
- Ensure that the team has the necessary skills and competencies to meet the changing needs of the market.
- Regularly conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Has experience in leadership roles within helpdesk, retail, or sales.
- Is driven and able to motivate and inspire others.
- Has knowledge and interest in IT.
- Values and understands the importance of delivering an exceptional customer experience.
