About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our support desk team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a customer service-oriented support desk team, ensuring the accurate management of KPIs to assess team performance and project progression, and overseeing delivery management to guarantee timely and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a customer service-oriented support desk team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ensure the accurate management of KPIs to assess team performance and project progression, and make data-driven decisions to improve team efficiency.
  • Oversee delivery management to guarantee timely and efficient project execution, and ensure compliance with warranty obligations.
  • Facilitate effective communication between internal maintenance teams and Health Hub solutions to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Nurture a culture of leadership, resilience, adaptability, and continuous learning within the team to drive growth and development.
  • Uphold a strong process-oriented approach to streamline support desk operations and improve efficiency.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience or understanding of customer service and delivery management.
  • Knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and their management.
  • Familiarity with warranty tracking and warranty obligations.
  • Strong process orientation with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
