Key Responsibilities
  1. Developing Operational Solutions: Develop solutions that improve customer capabilities by running workshops, operations and architecture reviews.
  2. Ensuring Operational Health: Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy whilst reducing costs and recommending efficiencies to mitigate risks in customer operations plans and product adoption.
  3. Collaborating Across Functions: Collaborate across multiple functions within AWS, such as Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants and Sales Account Managers.
  4. Communicating Effectively: Present complex technical information to an audience containing one or more decision maker(s).
