Business Development Representative

Role OverviewYou will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets. This includes sourcing and qualifying leads, collaborating with our teams, negotiating business proposals, and closing new opportunities.
Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify potential clients through research and outreach efforts.
- Schedule and conduct customer meetings to discuss our innovative HR system.
- Negotiate business proposals and close new opportunities.
- Collaborate with our teams to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
- Continuously learn and understand our product, internal processes, and industry.
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably with SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines and forecasting methodologies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
