- Collaborate with the growth team to implement website changes and enhancements
- Assist in creating and maintaining landing pages, as well as updating product content related to contracts, addon services, and transactional emails
- Support sales and customer success colleagues in building contracts and addons for new and existing customers in our admin system
- In conjunction with the rest of the team, assist in testing and quality-assuring new functionality and features
