About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned Product Manager to join our Customer Communication team. In this role, you'll work closely with a cross-functional development team to deliver high-impact solutions that drive customer engagement and business growth.

Your main responsibility will be to ensure that our digital communication channels are optimized for customer needs, viable within our business constraints, and feasible for our engineers to implement. You'll evaluate opportunities, decide what gets built, and take full ownership of the product backlog. Additionally, you'll drive product launches and ensure continuous improvements across the product lifecycle.

About the Team

You'll be joining a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative communication channels. Our team is passionate about using data-driven insights to shape strategies that improve customer interactions and scalability.

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar.
  • The ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset, working effectively with engineers, designers, and business teams.
