Administrator: Customer Success and Web Content

We at Swiftcourt are looking for a dedicated administrator, used to updating web content, to support our team as we see rapid growth in our user base. As part of our Customer Success Team, your main responsibilities will be to update our website and product content and tailor our products to new users. Working closely with our Product Team, you will also assist in the testing of new features. You'll join a close-knit team that always supports each other and isn't afraid to have some fun.

This role requires a professional proficiency in the English language. As we work mainly towards the Nordic and Germanic markets, it's imperative that you also fluently read and write one or more of either Swedish, Norwegian or German. Sound interesting? Read more below.

What you'll do at Swiftcourt

As our administrator with focus on customer success and web content, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating our website and product content. Your primary duties will include ensuring that content is current, links are functional, and the website and products run smoothly. You will work closely with your colleagues in our Growth Team to make sure our online presence effectively represents our brand, as well as with the product team to make sure new features work as intended.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regularly update website content, including text, images, and multimedia elements.
  • Ensure all links and pages are functional and that best practices in relation to e.g. SEO and basic user experience are followed.
  • Collaborate with your colleagues in the growth team to implement website changes and enhancements.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of landing pages.
  • Regularly update product content related to our contracts, addon services and transactional emails.
  • Supporting your sales and customer success colleagues in building contracts and addons for new and existing customers in our admin system.
  • In close conjunction with the rest of the team, assist in testing and quality-assuring new functionality and features.
  • Write shorter texts for our website and product content in accordance with our Tone of Voice guidelines.
  • Publish content created by e.g. agencies on our website or social media channels.

Is this you?
  • You've completed your High School Diploma, or have relevant work experience
  • You are used to updating web and email content and have basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • You are familiar with working in content management systems (e.g. Wordpress or similar)
  • Alt-tags and broken links don't scare you
  • You have a strong attention to detail and are driven by making sure things work to the highest quality
  • You are a self-starter and have no problem taking initiative
  • You love to learn new things
  • You're fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: Swedish, Norwegian, German
The cherry on top
  • You have previous experience in technical SEO and website analytics, such as monitoring and addressing errors in Google Search Console and conducting site audits.
  • You have previous experience in content creation within fields such as e.g. copywriting, image/asset creation, or social media.
Type of employment

We're looking for someone who can work with us full-time. But, we value people over bureaucracy, so for the right candidate, we're always flexible.

  • While we love to work at our beautiful offices in Dockan, Malmö, at least 2 days a week, the rest of the week is flexible. Work from your home, your favorite coffee shop, or perhaps your summer home – the choice is yours
